Are only valid in writing by email. In case of a successful reservation we ask you to pay the deposit of 250 EUR of the total amount within 7 days by Bank transfer.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Reduction for children:
Children up to and including 4 years free. For children from 5 years the normal price applies.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. you don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation. Please visit www.europaeische.at for more information.

Smoker / non-smoker:
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Cancellations:
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will invoice the room price (minus meals). The place of jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Short stays:
The minimum length of stay is 4 nights.

Parking
Two free parking spaces are available in front of our house.

Pets:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
